How to make a reservation?
There are several options to make a reservation at Best Western Premier Hotel Navarra, either direct with us or via one of our business partners, depending on how you feel most comfortable.

Option 1 - Reserve online
Use our online reservation system, available on each page of our website, to check availability & rates for any specific date, to make a reservation, to modify or to cancel your booking with us.

Safe and secure
Is our online reservation process secure to protect your personal and credit card information? The hotel room reservation through our online reservation system is safe and secure. Once you enter your personal and credit card information, your online reservation is processed through a secure computer server. The personal information you enter is encrypted to keep it protected while in transit. -
Credit card guarantee
Best Western "Premier" Hotel Navarra requires a valid credit card number (+ validity date and cvc security code) for all hotel reservations. This guarantees your hotel room until your arrival date. Your credit card will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel, unless the hotel requires prepayment or a deposit prior. Our hotel is committed to protecting your personal information and maintaining your privacy. -

Through our "Reserve Online" system, available on each page of our website, you can simply check availability & rates for any specific date. So far, you do not have any commitment with us. -
Make a reservation
Our "Reserve Online" system allows you to confirm a reservation at our hotel. It's easy, quick, safe and secure (see above). So do no longer hesitate to book online with us.

Special requests regarding your stay
Special requests can be made when making your hotel booking online. Requests for a rollaway bed, a crib, as well as any other request can be made during the reservation process online. Special requests are not guaranteed, but will be honored depending on availability. We will do our very best to accommodate the request. If you have specific needs or questions regarding your request, please call the hotel directly or send us an e-mail (see page "contact us").

To modify or cancel your reservation
If your travel plans have changed, you can modify or cancel your reservation. You may change arrival dates and/or remove nights online, but we cannot guarantee the rate will be the same. Go to our online reservation system, under the heading "Amend/Cancel Reservation", enter your confirmation number and your last name used to make the original reservation. Once your reservation has been retrieved, select the information you would like to change or cancel and click the "Amend" button or select the "Cancel" button.

Cancellation policy
Reservations are guaranteed to your credit card. Cancellations are accepted free of charge until 24 hours prior to arrival date. If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for one night's hotel stay, unless your reservation required a full payment in advance. For "Meetings" or "Groups" have a closer look at our special sales conditions. -
No show policy
In case of a "no show", you will be charged for one night's hotel stay.
Option 2 - Call us
Nevertheless, if you prefer not to reserve online, may we kindly invite you to call us - +32-(0)50-34.05.61. Please note, that we will require a valid credit card number (+ validity date and cvc security code). This guarantees your hotel room until your arrival date. Your credit card will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel, unless the hotel requires prepayment or a deposit prior. Reservations made and confirmed by phone will be reconfirmed by us in writing to you afterwards. You will receive a confirmation number, in order to guarantee your reservation with us. In case you would like to modify or cancel your reservation later, you will need this number at all times. The cancellation policy is exactly the same as for online reservations (see above - "Reserve online").
Option 3 - Send us an e-mail, fax or a letter
Alternatively you may send us an e-mail, fax or a letter in order to check availability & rates, to confirm, modify or cancel your reservation. Please note, that we will require a valid credit card number (+ validity date and cvc security code). This guarantees your hotel room until your arrival date. Your credit card will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel, unless the hotel requires prepayment or a deposit prior. Reservations made and confirmed by e-mail, fax or letter will be reconfirmed by us in writing. You will receive a confirmation number, in order to guarantee your reservation with us. Option 4 - Meetings & Groups - Request for Proposal
It is clear that reservations for "Residential Meetings" or "Group Travel" may have different hotel booking requirements. If you have any request for proposal or you need more information regarding our facilities for residential meetings or group travel, call our "Meetings" or "Groups" department.
