Good: another company for a seminar today. Even better: upon arrival it turns out that the CEO has his leg in a cast.
The man knows what’s what, of course. An exceptional opportunity for me to prove my worth as butler of the hotel. So off I go to find him a soft couch. I’m there for him all day in case he wants to move around. At lunch time, I make sure he has a comfortable seat in the restaurant. It had been weeks since the CEO had had such little discomfort from his broken leg!
