Front Desk has several responsibilities, such as:

- Check-in Service
- Luggage Assistance if you need any
- Concierge Service (city information, reservations for concerts / restaurants / taxi service / travel arrangements / ...)
- Currency Exchange Service (Pound Sterling and US Dollars)
- Stamps
- Internet Kiosk Management
- Fax Service
- Photocopy Service
- Medical Assistance (if you need a doctor or a dentist in case of emergency)
- Check-out Service
- Handling Individual Reservations (Meeting & Group Requests are handled in back office)
