Sales Conditions

Please note that following “Special Conditions” are an addendum to our “General Sales Conditions”, which are stipulated overleaf on our invoices and can be requested at all times.

1. Special group rates

Our group rate conditions are only valid if the group guarantees at least of 16 paying passengers. The hotel reserves the right to charge individual rates instead if the number of paying passengers is less than 16.

2. Optional reservations

A provisional optional reservation can be obtained for a period of a maximum of 30 days after written request. The actual duration of an optional reservation is however considered case by case, taking account of the actual arrival date, among other issues. An option expiry date can always be extended by mutual agreement.

3. Advance payment 

An advance payment (deposit) of 30% of the total value of the services requested is required. The deposit must be transferred to our account 8 weeks prior to the arrival date at the latest, otherwise your reservation will automatically be cancelled.

4. Payment of the balance

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the balance amount must be settled in full, prior to arrival date.

5. Passengers List and Food & Beverage requirements

The group organizer should forward, in writing, a list of all passengers 14 days prior to arrival at the latest.

6. Double reservations

The client will refrain from concluding several agreements with different hotels for one and the same group. Non-compliance with this gentleman’s agreement gives the hotel the right to cancel your group reservation, without damage compensation.

7. Cancellation conditions

Partial or full cancellation of the number of passengers, will oblige us to charge you for the following cancellation costs:

  • Cancellation - more than 8 weeks prior to arrival - no charge
  • Cancellation - between 8 and 4 weeks prior to arrival - 30% of the total amount due (= deposit)
  • Cancellation - between 4 and 2 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of the total amount due 
  • Cancellation - between 2 and 1 week prior to arrival - 75% of the total amount due 
  • Cancellation - less than 1 week prior to arrival - 100% of the total amount due.
