There are times when, as a maintenance man, you need to be a magician. Like when that pop star - who has died in the meantime - stayed here. What had that man been up to anyway? When he left, we had to deal with almost everything in his room: bed, bedspread, curtains, ceiling, carpet; he had destroyed everything. To say nothing of that penetrating odour. But the next guests were coming. The very same evening already. They testified the next morning that they had slept like babies...

Do not underestimate the importance of good maintenance within a hotel. Prompt action and pro-active management avoids frustration for the customer at all times. That's why we kindly ask both our customers and all members of our staff to report all possible technical failures as soon as possible.

Customers can fill in our "Questionnaires" or simply call our Front Desk to inform us about any inconvenience experienced during their stay with us. Furthermore we motivate all members of our staff to continuously check if everything works properly. All comments and suggestions are then centralised at Front Desk. Our Maintenance Department is solving all technical failures.

Besides the daily maintenance routine, our team is also concentrating on structural maintenance issues, such as repainting, garden, cleaning the pool, ...
