Safety first!

We can assure you that all staff at Hotel Navarra really do their utmost in order to guarantee your safety and security at all times! Our internal policies regarding the safety and security of our guest are very strict. Therefor several actions have been taken at different levels, such as:

Staff training

• Several times a year the hotel is organising staff training at different staff levels    

Fire regulations

• Central Fire Alarm system, supervised 24 hours (Front Desk - 24 hours operational)
• Evacuation Plan installed in case of emergency

Regular safety inspections

• Every 5 years - detailed inspections by the local Fire Authorities
• Yearly inspection of all technical installations by external auditors
• Monthly check of emergency lightning by our own Maintenance Department

Non-smoking policy

• As per January 01, 2007 Belgian Law banned smoking in all public areas including those in hotels (such as the Lobby, the Lounge, all corridors, Meeting Rooms, the Welness Centre, the Breakfast Room, Non-smoking rooms and also the Bar. Very high fines for both the hotelmanagment and the customer itself have been installed in case of neglecting the restrictions. Smoking is therefor only allowed inside a smoking room or outside! Room Facilities

• Electronic keycards to enter your room (including additional privacy lock)
• In-room safe in all guest rooms
• All guest rooms are non-smoking rooms
• All materials used are fire resistant
