Our top priority has always been to guarantee the health and well-being of both our guests and employees. It is still our top priority, now more than ever.


High quality standards are the essence of our brand. Therefore, in addition to the recommendations of the official authorities and the World Health Organization, we have implemented a strict protocol of health and safety measures in order to guarantee that you can enjoy a worry-free and 100% safe well-deserved holiday.


Our strong commitment to guarantee all guests and employees safety contains social distancing measures, intensified cleaning and disinfection procedures, reducing contact with shared items, employee health monitoring, ongoing staff training and providing relevant information to both our customers and suppliers.


We also have an action protocol in case of infection.

If any alert of a Covid-19 case in our hotel, we will immediately contact the relevant health and safety authorities to take all necessary measures, including appropriate medical assistance, an intensive cleaning and disinfecting protocol for all public areas, as well as a guestroom recovery protocol designed to disinfect the guestroom concerned.


An ambassador has been appointed to ensure that all health, hygiene and safety measures are being respected at all times. May we kindly ask you to strictly follow all safety measures (by frequently using hand sanitizers / respecting social distance (1.5 m) and circulation signs / ...). We will strictly monitor the application of our guidelines. Should this not be the case, please accept that we address guests in the interest of the safety of all concerned. Thank you for your kind cooperation!

Furthermore if you show any signs of covid-19 (a cold, running nose, sneezing, sore throat, light cough or fever) before travelling, may we strongly advise you to postpone your stay.


Front Desk / Hotel Lobby / Elevators

Online check-in

  • To avoid having to touch documents physically, we implemented a fast and safe check-in procedure. When you arrive at the hotel, just identify yourself and our front desk team will have your room keycard ready

Cleaning procedures

  • Hand sanitizers are provided 
  • All objects and surfaces in public areas that may be touched or contaminated, such as elevator buttons, handrails, door handles, ... will be cleaned and disinfected regularly
  • All contact points at front desk such as credit card terminals, pencils, … will be disinfected regularly

Cleaning procedures

  • In addition to intensive cleaning, each room will be completely disinfected
  • Special attention will be paid to disinfecting all equipment with a high level of use or contact (telephone, remote control, door handles, lightning, ...).
  • Hangers will be sanitized after check-out
  • Rooms will be ventilated daily for at least 30 minutes
  • Luggage trolley will be cleaned and disinfected regularly
  • Airconditioning may be used
  • After each cleaning process, all materials and personal protective equipment used will be safely removed

Safety measures

  • Cleaning and disinfection will take place, between 10:00pm and 14:30am, when guests are not present
  • All bed and bath linen are disinfected in accordance with official FPS Public Health regulations certificate (authorization code 3510B)
  • If you have any specific request, please contact front desk
  • A self-closing waste bin is available in your bathroom

Breakfast Room / Bar / Garden terrace

Our Jazzbar is daily open from 4.00 pm until midnight.

Cleaning procedures

  • It is recommended to disinfect hands before entering the bar or the breakfast room
  • All tables and chairs will be disinfected after each use
  • Cleaning and disinfection of the payment terminal regularly
  • After each cleaning process, all materials and personal protective equipment used will be safely removed

  • Social distancing procedures implemented
  • Capacity control to make sure that maximum capacity is not exceeded at any time
  • Bar menu accessible by QR code or disinfected menu provided by our bartender
  • Our bartender will come to your table to register your order
  • Room charge will be encouraged to avoid cash payment

Indoor pool and sauna

Every guest is welcome to plunge into the pool or sweat in the sauna from 6 am to 11 pm.

Every guest is welcome for a good workout in our fitness room from 6 am to 11 pm.

Toilets in public areas

  • Public toilets may only be used by one person at a time
