If you want your meetings to take place in a unique historic setting with modern conference facilities, you should certainly consider Hotel Navarra Bruges. Our large conference room, the Bonaparte room, is a former ballroom. This beautiful room was built especially on the occasion of the visit of Napoleon Bonaparte. Later it was transformed into a unique meeting venue for a pleasant, peaceful meeting experience right in the heart of Bruges. It is our pleasure to present to you our meeting rooms and facilities.
The Bonaparte meeting room is our largest conference room. If you use the room as it is, it can seat up to 100 guests in theatre style or 55 in a U-shape or classroom style. The room can also be split into two or three separate meeting rooms. The largest of these rooms will then accommodate 65 guests in theatre style.
Our meeting rooms are fully equipped to make your meetings as comfortable as possible. For extra comfort, you will have plenty of natural light and a peaceful view of our garden. If you want to give a PowerPoint presentation or show a video, you can easily use the automatic blackout curtains. The air-conditioning in the conference rooms will make sure your meetings are pleasant in all seasons.
What do you need for a comfortable meeting? The provided basics are pen and paper, flipcharts, a projector and screen, a whiteboard, … All these meeting facilities are always present at our meeting rooms. You will also have free Wi-Fi, a wireless microphone and a flat screen television. If you are having the conference room split into several meeting rooms and you would like to use an extra projector, we will be happy to arrange one for you at an additional cost.
If you rent a meeting room from us, you will receive a warm and very personal welcome from your meeting butler. This meeting expert will be dedicated to you to manage your seminar or meeting in person from beginning to end. If you would like more information on the materials in the meeting room or if you have a practical question, your meeting butler will be there to assist you throughout the meeting. He will offer lunch and coffee breaks as planned. If you book the characterful meeting rooms at Hotel Navarra, our professional meeting expert will make sure your meetings will go off without a hitch.
